The maxjili platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. maxjili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If maxjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and any deposits will be returned at maxjili's discretion after deducting applicable administrative costs.
